Community Manager
Description
As an open source project, we're highly connected to our community of users. We are looking for a qualified Community Manager who:

has valuable experience with social media and PR
-
has a streak for high quality visual content and copywriting in English
-
is interested in developing technical knowledge to proper converse with our users
-
is excited about building and scaling an open source community
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
-
Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies

Provide engaging text, image and video content for social media accounts
-
Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner
-
Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews
-
Animate our community of users on our community spaces
-
Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness
-
Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals and journalists
Preferred Experience
We’re looking for a highly motivated individual, with proven experience and a high level of creativity, ready to involve herself/himself in an exciting and growing company.
Our team is young - with a median age of 30 - and we have a very committed but flexible work culture. We are a team of curious and creative people with good communication skills.
We’re looking for someone that has the following skillset :
-
At least 3 years experience in a similar position, with track record

Excellent communication skills
-
Hands-on experience with social media management for brands
-
Excellent copywriting skills in EN
-
Strong interest for open source, making, machines and manufacturing, and willingness to learn technical knowledge linked to our activity

Great FR and EN proficiency (oral and written) - NL is a plus
-
Attention to detail
-
Experience using the Adobe Suite is a plus
