Operations and Data Associate

              Description

              We are looking for an Operations and Data Associate who will work under the management of the Operations Manager, with the following missions: 

              • Manage purchase operations in order to guarantee all parts availability OTD (On Time Delivery) and OQD (On Quality Delivery)
              • Ensure our ERP's products and inventory data and process are optimal for growth
              • Imagine and setup optimization projects of the supply chain with our Operations Manager 

              Purchase management at Mekanika

              At Mekanika, we're our best to offer a flawless experience to our users, from order to making their first projects. You will be responsible for the input fluxes of our manufacturing processes, making sure we can deliver every order right on time: 

              • Order, follow and chase up parts orders
              • Secure purchases and take responsibility on new purchase missions
              • Manage non-conformities, measure and follow-up suppliers' performance indicators (service rate, mean lag rate, etc.)
              • Follow the parts / merchandises flux in order to anticipate internal or external issues that would generate a supply chain rupture
              • Come up with optimization ideas and solutions
              ERP management at Mekanika

              To ensure perfect coordination with product, sales and marketing teams, we centralize our operations within an ERP software. Your role will imply to make sure data and processes in the ERP are optimal to support our growth:

              • Manage product data compliance in our ERP and improve data processes
              • Follow-up inventory data in our ERP depending on sales forecast, control and optimize inventory levels

              Preferred Experience

              We’re looking for a highly motivated individual, with proven experience and a high level of empathy and organization, ready to involve herself/himself in an exciting and growing company. 

              Our team is young - with a median age of 30 - and we have a very committed but flexible work culture. We are a team of curious and creative people with good communication skills.

              We’re looking for someone that has the following skill set :

              • 6 months to 2 years experience purchasing technical parts and using and/or implementing the inventory aspects of an ERP software (experience with Odoo is a huge plus).

              • An autonomous and rigorous profile, with ability to solve problems

              • A data-oriented mindset, able to send meaningful feedback to other departments and take action

              • Great FR and EN proficiency (oral and written) - NL is a plus
