What are the promises of the PRO ?
#1 RIGIDITY & ACCURACY
The PRO series is our most advanced machine, that features high mechanical specifications.
First, we decided to use 8mm thick steel as connectors, to give the PRO more stability and rigidity.
Second, the driving system features prismatic rails and ballscrews driving system which assure a reachable accuracy below 0,1mm, as well as supported prismatic rails on the Z-Axis to limit any possible torque.
Last, the PRO model is fully standing on its aluminium frame. This may seem like a detail, but it dramatically improves the machine's stability and reduce the vibrations created by the milling operations.

#2 PROFESSIONAL FEEDRATES RATIO
A PRO machine allows you to install two different type of spindle, both controlled by the software. Our most stiff option features a 2,2Kw spindle with frequency variator and multiple attachment points. This leads to professional results in terms of feedrates and cutting finish.

#3 STABLE ELECTRONICS
Electronics and cables are the n°1 issue for all CNC users, and we're well-placed to know it! This is why we decided to put a special focus on it.
The PRO machine can move thanks to 4 dedicated drivers and a control board, all are developed in Europe and assure long-term stability.
We also chose to equip our machines with the famous Neutrik XLR wire connectors, welded in Belgium.
