Ink Pigments - Fluo Blue
Those pigments have to be used with Transparent Base Ink in order to get Fluo Blue Ink. You will access a water-based ink working great on fabric, paper and cardboard and guaranties long-lasting results. With this amount of pigment, you can make between 2,5 kgs and 8 kgs of ink, depending on the intensity you're looking for.
