Affordable & Performant
We designed this machine with a goal in mind: providing a very reliable and ergonomic panel CNC router, having high-standard performances at an affordable price. Based on our experience in machine design and CNC machining in general, we made several design choices that greatly influence the performances and durability of this machine.
First of all, each axis is driven using ballscrews. They have a very high mechanical efficiency compared to classical leadscrews: they are more precise without having any backlash, they require little maintenance and have a much longer lifespan. Expect to make precise cuts for a long time, without the hassle of recalibrating your machine.
Secondly, each axis is mounted on linear supported rails to increase the overall stiffness of the machine. All connection parts are also made out of thick steel plates, precisely cut with digital manufacturing techniques. These features make it capable of cutting a wide range of materials, from plastics and wood to aluminium or steel.
In terms of speed, we carefully picked robust stepper motors, which can hold a high torque even when running at high speeds. This will allow you to make precise cuts at high speed, and thus to optimise your feeds and speeds if you need to make production batches. Besides, the machine comes with a 2.2KW spindle and a VFD control box to ensure production rhythm without failure.
Lastly, it is a plug-and-play machine, comes preconfigured and doesn't require any external computer. Indeed, the control box holds a Raspberry Pi 4B, providing a user-friendly interface to control the CNC machine.
A modular machine
Like every tool we design, this CNC milling machine is completely modular. It means that you can choose the size that suits you the best, depending on the space available inside your workshop or depending on what you want to make out of it.
This modularity extends to the spoiler board, which can be removed very easily using toggle clamps and changed with another working table of your choice. It also allows to mill parts with a large height that would normally stand above the clearance height of the machine.

All the manufactured parts used on this machine are manufactured in Belgium and everything is assembled and tested in our workshop.

Unlike many other machines out there, our CNC router is a plug-and-play machine with no configuration require. We decided to create a machine that includes everything you need, without any add-ons hidden costs.

- A plug-and-play electronic control box, already assembled and tested
- An HDMI cable and a power cable for the electronic box (EU plug)
