2-Years Limited Warranty
The customer is asked to inspect the goods immediately upon delivery for completeness, obvious defects and damages and contact us within 7 days from receipt of the goods.
What does this warranty cover ?
Mekanika SRL warrants to the original purchaser that the product purchased ("Product") will be free from defect in materials and workmanship at the date of purchase.
How are support and repairs handled ?
To properly diagnose the problem, please call us or send an email to email@example.com. Please include as much information as you can in your email, including your location, photos and videos. Our technical support will help diagnose your problem via email, phone or visually using Whereby or Zoom. Sometimes it is necessary for us to have "eyes" on the machine in action to help assess the problem.
In case of a common problem, our technical support may be led to send you a troubleshooting guide for you to resolve the problem by yourself.
In case of a defective problem, please refer to the "Purchaser Remedy" section.
Mekanika support technician will be available to answer any question that you might have.
What is not covered by our warranty ?
This warranty is not transferable and does not cover
damages due to accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, commercial use, or due to non proper user building, use, installation, operation or maintenance
modification of or to any part of the Product
attempted service by anyone other than Mekanika
product not purchased from Mekanika or an authorized Mekanika dealer
product not compliant with applicable technical regulation
Other than the express warranty above, Mekanika makes no other warranty or representation, and hereby disclaim any and implied warranty, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of non-infringement, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The purchaser acknowledges that they alone have determinated that the product will suitably meet the requirement of the purchaser's intented use.
Mekanika's sole obligation and purchaser's sole and exclusive remedy shall be that Mekanika will, at its option, either (i) service, or (ii) replace, any product determined by Mekanika to be defective. Mekanika reserves the right to inspect any and all product(s) involved in a warranty claim.
We will accept the return of the merchandise that we acknowledge to be defective, and we will offer a repair. If a repair is not reasonable, we offer a non-defective replacement (complete or in parts). At Mekanika's request, defective parts may be required to be returned to Mekanika. In the case of cosmetic damage, instead of repair or replacement, we can offer compensation for the reduction in value of the defective product.
Service or replacement as provided under this warranty is the purchaser's sole and exclusive remedy.
Limitation of liability
Mekanika shall not be liable for special, incidental or consequential damages, loss of profits or production or commercial loss in any way, regardless of whether such claim is based in contract, warranty, tort, negligence, strict liability or any other theory of liability, even if Mekanika has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Further, in no event shall the liability of Mekanika exceed the individual price of the product on which liability is asserted. As Mekanika has no control over use, setup, final assembly, modification or misuse, no liability shall be assumed nor accepted for any resulting damage or injury. By the act of use, setup or assembly, the user accepts all resulting liability.
These terms are governed by the Belgian's law.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights. Mekanika reserves the right to change and modify this warranty at any time without notice.
