Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Sales Executive who:

will build the foundations of a strong reseller network in neighboring countries

will help deepen our sales focus on the German market
Sales at Mekanika
Our sales strategy is currently mainly remote and based on advice and demonstration of our products to inbound leads. We focus on a pay-it-forward strategy where we give as much value as possible to our leads for them to decide to work with Mekanika.
On top of this, we're building a local network of partners enabling us to offer additional services to our users and to offer local advice and repairs services.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include both direct and reselling sales channels.
1/ Partnership development

Identify, onboard, and nurture new sales partners, mostly across Germany and France

Follow up on your partner's portfolio in order to make them huge advocates of Mekanika products and grow sales together.

Coordinate marketing actions with your partners and our marketing team.

Organize events on-site with partners or co-participate in fairs.
2/ Direct sales and advice

Follow up on inbound German-speaking leads and advise them on the best machine setup for their use.

Showcase our machines in-house or remotely.

Make samples for particular use cases and show the capabilities of the machine.

Help customers up to the moment they're up and running.
3/ Commercial reporting

Make sure we capture and understand our sales numbers, identify the levers to improve them, and focus on the most efficient actions.
Preferred Experience
We’re looking for a highly motivated individual, with proven experience and a high level of creativity, ready to involve herself/himself in an exciting and growing company.
Our team is young - with a median age of 32 - and we have a very committed but flexible work culture. We are a team of curious and creative people with good communication skills.
We’re looking for someone that has the following skill set :

A commercial profile, thriving to meet and help people.

2 to 5 years of experience in a similar position (ideally on the German market), with a track record.

Strong interest in making, machines, and manufacturing, and willingness to learn technical knowledge linked to our activity.

Great DE and FR proficiency (oral and written) - EN is a real plus - NL is a plus.
