Materials
L'atelier travaille le bois massif et les panneaux, la matière première derrière chaque meuble, escalier, porte et sol qui sort de l'atelier. Au-delà de ça, Florian travaille avec tout ce qui peut être utilisé dans la fabrication d'un meuble (résine, plastique, métal, cuir...), selon ce que le projet demande.
Working environment
L'atelier se trouve près de Hayange, au nord de Metz. Établis, outils à main et machines sont réunis dans un espace pensé pour le travail quotidien de menuiserie. C'est un atelier concret et pratique : les panneaux arrivent, les meubles finis en repartent.
Services
Copeaux'nd Co builds custom wood furniture, interior fit-outs, staircases of every type, commercial layouts, and outdoor decking. Florian is a creative at heart, and he's most in his element when no two projects look alike, variety is part of what makes the work interesting.
Machine setup
When Florian started his shop, he didn't have a CNC yet. Drilling shelf-pin holes with a ruler and a jig was, in his words, a terrible waste of time. That frustration pushed him to look for a professional yet affordable CNC. After comparing several options, he chose the Mekanika Fab for its versatility and durability. Today, with the Fab and the vacuum table, he saves valuable time: no more clamping down each piece by hand, he can run drilling and cutting jobs back to back without interruption.
