  • Our electronics features European control board and drivers, Neutrik connectors and Sommer cable, JMC motors, Raspberry Pi and steel control unit.
How the Warranty Works

If you encounter an issue with your machine, we will assist you promptly to diagnose and resolve the problem. The standard procedure is as follows:

1. Initial Assessment: We will send you a series of questions and request videos to understand the problem. If the issue is known and easily solvable, we will provide a solution via email.
2. Technical Support: If further assistance is needed, we will schedule a call with one of our engineers to identify and resolve the issue. We ensure continuous support until the problem is fully resolved.
3. In-House Repair: If the problem cannot be resolved remotely, we will arrange for the return of the defective parts to inspect and repair them in-house, ensuring a quick turnaround.


Scope of the warranty

1. Inspection upon Delivery: Inspect the goods immediately upon delivery for completeness, obvious defects, and damages within 14 days of receipt. This period allows us to address any transport-related damages with our transporter.
2. Coverage: The warranty covers any malfunction that prevents proper operation, provided it is not due to misuse.
3. Exclusions: The warranty does not cover cosmetic damages, misuse, negligence, improper assembly, installation, use, operation, or maintenance, or any modifications to the product.

We aim to honestly identify the origin of any malfunction and communicate clearly before proceeding with any work that may incur costs. Our goal is to ensure a long and satisfactory use of your machine.

 
Warranty on Third-Party Add-Ons

Third-party add-ons such as the AMB spindles and Optlaser lasers come with their own warranties provided by the respective manufacturers. While we assist with the initial diagnosis and support for these components, any warranty claims related to these parts will need to be directed to their manufacturers. We will facilitate this process to ensure a smooth experience for our customers. 

Post-Warranty Support
 
Even after the warranty period, we are committed to helping you maintain and repair your machine. Our machines are designed to be easily repairable, often requiring only a replacement part, with widly available replacement parts. We guarantee the availability of spare parts as long as they are available on the market.

- Diagnosis Support: We will assist in diagnosing any issues with your machine.
- Replacement Parts: If the problem is identified remotely, we will send you the necessary replacement parts, charging only for the part and shipping.
- In-House Repair: If an in-house diagnosis is needed, we will arrange for the machine's return, repair it at our facilities, and charge only for the time spent, parts, and shipping.

Screen Printing - 2 Years Warranty

 
Our screen printing machines come with a 2-year warranty.

Legal Mentions


Purchaser Remedy

Mekanika's sole obligation and purchaser's exclusive remedy is to either service or replace any product determined to be defective. We reserve the right to inspect any product involved in a warranty claim.

We will accept the return of merchandise we acknowledge as defective, offering repair or replacement (complete or in parts). In cases of cosmetic damage, we may offer compensation for the reduction in value of the defective product.

Limitation of liability

Mekanika is not liable for special, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits or production, or commercial loss. Our liability shall not exceed the price of the product on which liability is asserted. Users accept all resulting liability from the use, setup, assembly, modification, or misuse of our products.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. This warranty provides specific legal rights, and you may have other rights. Mekanika reserves the right to change and modify this warranty at any time without notice.
