How to Make a Toolrack with your CNC Machine
This tool rack has been designed for the tools delivered in the End Mills & Collets Bundle sold by Mekanika. But will fit the majority of tools used for CNC.
Material
300 x 150 x 20 mm - Plywood
End Mills
Those are the end mills used in our file, but you can of course modify the parameters to use your own tools.
- 6mm flat end mill – 3 flutes
- 3mm flat end mill – 2 flutes
Milling Operations
- 2D pocket (6mm) - 2400mm/min - 20 000 RPM - 3mm passes
- 2D pocket (3mm) - 1500mm/min - 20 000 RPM - 1mm passes
The origin is in the center on top of the stock.
