What are my shipping options?
We ship everywhere in Europe with our partners TNT & UPS. Feel free to contact us if you're looking for an oversea shipping.
When will my order ship?
It usually takes us 4 to 5 working days to prepare an screen printing order and handle it to the transporter, and 7 working days for a cnc order (except for pre-orders or else detailed in the product page). You will get notified as soon as it leaves our workshop and will get a tracking link by email to follow your order until it reaches you. Delivery in EU rarely takes more than 72 hours.
How do I track my order?
You will get a tracking link with the email you used to make your order as soon as we've handled your package to the transporter.
How can I cancel or change my order?
You can contact us at help@mekanika.io or through social medias if you have any issue with your order, need to make a change or want to cancel it.
What is your return or exchange policy?
You can return non-used items for 14 days from the day of delivery if you decide it doesn't suits your needs. We'll issue a full refund.
Where are your products made?
All machines are made by ourselves in our workshop in Brussels, Belgium. We use as many local suppliers as possible for the parts and for the consumables products.
My order arrived damaged, now what?
It unfortunately happens from time to time. Send us pictures of the damages and we'll send you new items right away or refund you.
Which payment method can I use?
We take every popular payment method as Paypal, Credit Cards, Maestro or Bancontact. You can contact us if you wish to pay through bank transfer, although it will make more time for your order to be confirmed.
How much will shipment cost?
Shipment costs will automatically be calculated at checkout.
Can I get an invoice for my order?
Sure! Your invoice will be available in your client area.
I'm eligible to intercommunautary VAT, how do I apply it?
There's an automatic VAT number check. If you're eligible, the correct VAT will automatically apply to your order.
How will my order be packaged?
We package everything carefully in cardboard packaging, with upcycled cardboard packing material. This is the most ecological and safe practise.
